Htc inspire device driver download

It worked fine for years, then suddenly gave out. It's not the cable. No matter which cable I use, I get charging only. And checking and unchecking USB debugging makes no difference. Can you help? Well first Right click on the computer icon on the desktop and then choose Manage and then choose Device Manager from the list and then wait for it to refresh. after that connect your phone and let it interface with your PC and then choose Disk Drives from the list and right click on the driver for your phone and choose uninstall and uninstall the driver and that's it!
